My first catering experience with Bush Garden was one of awe and innovation. I was aware of the delectable items we offer on the menu, but had no idea of the talent in the kitchen. Our catering assignment was to pack, prepare, and serve a twelve course meal for twenty people at a residence 45 minutes away. There was no going back if we forgot something. Our head kitchen chef started early in the morning and was at the residence wit everything we needed by noon. Our chefs were simply amazing, creating one of the most beautifully garnished as well as mouthwatering meals I have ever served.Most of the dishes contained seafood. Clams,oysters,giant prawns, delicate salads,and wild mushroom soup were all served by our kimono-clad server. We wowed the guests with the main course, with some of the largest lobsters I have ever seen. Delicious bunt cake drizzled with chocolate topped the meal off. This was one satisfying meal. If you are thinking of us catering any event for you,you will not be disappointed.
